I made this animation over the last couple days. My friend showed me these ads over at apple.com that just made me bust a gut laughing, and I had to let it out somehow!

For the record I own an iBook, but it's got Yellow Dog Linux on it, along with OS X. Oh, and the forgettable OS 9. It's primary use is programming doodles in flash when I'm bored on trains(seriously).

When I was first writing this thing I originally was going to just rail on Mac on how crap it is, but my opinion of Windows isn't much higher, and Microsoft keeps bringing it down more every day. What really gets at me about Mac is how they propagate this lifestyle, Mac evangelists eat it up, and art students with no clue about computers go,'oh, my art teacher uses a mac and they're really pretty so if I want to get a job being a REAL artist you have to use a Mac.'

And I feel like I've been fooled. Macintosh has used me as an unwitting pawn in their evil marketing plan to push Macintosh product by manufacturing a 'Mac vs. PC' battle. All those times I bitched about Macs sucking the pipe all I was doing was advertising Mac even more.

And so now in a vengeful attempt to calm my rage, I'm shifting my focus from Macintosh Computers to Apple's sleazy lifestyle ads.
